One for the collectors! When I brought this, there was a bun fight for this guitar so don't delay if you want it. It won't be around long. It's advertised elsewhere so could be withdrawn at any time. Feel free to text me on 07889178798 if you want to discuss the guitar or message me on eBay if you'd prefer. Shipping to EU available, but not to other international locations due to CITES.This is a very rare PRS Dirty 100 from 2009. This is only 1 of 100 made. There's a great story behind this guitar. Paul is rumoured to have built these himself and modelled them on his own guitar in order to raise funds to pay for his staff's Christmas bonus at the height of the financial crisis.Probably more importantly, they've got a private stock grade Dirty top, 59/09 humbuckers and a scratch plate signed and numbered by Paul himself.Original Paisley case included Specs from an external site (please do your own research about exact specs as I can't guarantee external content):In 2009 PRS released a limited number of these stellar guitars in a series called Paul's Dirty 100. This axe, features an amazing private stock grade curly maple top, a lightweight mahogany body and one of the best feeling Peruvian mahogany necks in existence. The wide fat profile combined with the nitro satin finish yields a playing experience so satisfying you will pat yourself on the back every single time you pick this guitar up. To make the neck feel and playability even more attractive to some, this guitar features a 24.5" scale length. That's right. While most PRS guitars offer their own unique 25" scale length, this one is slightly shorter. What does that mean to you? The strings bend just a little easier and things feel just a tiny bit closer together, more like a Gibson style guitar. However, this beast has the added benefit of staying in tune like a PRS. The Peruvian mahogany set neck features a select rosewood fretboard as well as abalone and mother of pearl ring moon inlays. Hot stuff! The fretboard radius measures in at 10" and the fretwork on this monster is superb. As for pickups, this dirty bird comes stocked with a set of PRS 59/09. Here's what Paul has to say about those : "First introduced in 2009, PRS 59/09 pickups are articulate while providing rich harmonic overtones. With a powerful bridge pickup and a touch of brightness in the neck, these pickups are the perfect tool to achieve clarity and definition with a punch."Going one step further, the push /pull tone knob lets you split the coils on the 59/09s so you can get all of your favorite single coil tones as well. Some other killing features on this axe include a rosewood veneer headstock overlay, Phase III locking tuners with ebony buttons, an adjustable stoptail bridge and a backplate that is hand signed and numbered by Paul himself. This guitar also comes with its original deluxe paisley hard shell case.
