I am selling this for a friend and it belonged to his family member, a 1956 Fender Telecaster he said its been in there family a long long time, what i know, its been refinished long ago, there is a date stamp of 56 in the bridge cavity,there is no stamp on the butt of the neck, the neck plate is 14058 {1956} the vol pot dates to 1956 the trem pot dates to 1993, the 3 way looks old and has white powdery residue on it i cant remember what they call it but it is associated with old electronics , the neck has what looks like a 7 " radius and the back is more of the V shape, the bridge is a replacement, i am not sure about the Klusons they look like there original but the ferrels come out really easy, the pickups are cloth wire and look old iam not sure how old, frets look to be original, the guitar is in nice shape loads of checking truss rod is fine and the guitar sounds stellar comes with a non original case, if you can shed some light or if i missed anything email or call me 559-513-3816 i have a tone of pics and will answer anything you need, I am starting the bidding at a fair players grade 56 tele price, I wish i could buy it myself, lower 48 only please...good luck!!
