This is a 1980 USA made Fender Lead II. It is in all original condition with the original case and owners manual. The body is made of northern ash. It has a maple neck and rosewood fretboard a string through bridge. The stock fender x-1 pickups sound great. There are 2 switches. The top one acts as a 3 way switch and the other works as a phase reversal when both pickups are active. The older fender leads had some finish problems. They are commonly found with bad finish checking and discoloration which can sometimes look milky or almost bluish white. This one doesn't have hardly any discoloration with only a few little spots showing. It does have the checking but is almost only on the edges but goes all the way around. There are photos of the checking to give you an idea but is hard to photograph on the black finish. There isn't any exposed wood in the checking areas either.The neck is in really good shape. The finish is excellent on the maple and the frets have very light wear. It has the stock fender f-tuners also in great shape$48 flat rate ups shipping
