The 'Hotrod' edition of this revered Telecaster was produced in very limited numbers for a short period, originally sporting a Seymour Duncan Mini Humbucker in the neck position, this rare factory routed 52' body allows the player to choose between various neck pickup types such as original Lipstick, Strat Single Coil or Mini Humbucker respectively making this more versatile than the traditional 52' bodies and ideal for that custom build project. Please note: this will NOT accommodate a P90 pickup despite looking like it would! So be aware of this when purchasing :)The condition is excellent overall apart from one area of damage that has been pictured - there is a split through the paint to the wood on the body reverse just beside the jack socket area with a small chip in the paint and some minor wear around the jack socket area too. In my defence, this was present when I bought the guitar and is not structural or an issue in terms of performance but also in terms of the look. It probably wouldn't be too expensive to put right to be honest but if you check the image of the body reverse I have included, you can see how little visual impact this has on the guitar as a whole and with no signs of damage or wear on the front or back of the body aside from this, the condition is great with only a few light surface marks and signs of use but impossible to pick up correctly on camera because they are so slight. You can also see all the relevant original Fender factory stickers, barcodes and stamping to the guitar for your reference too.Body Weight = 2.18kgs / 4.8lbsNeck Pocket Dimensions (Heel) = 56mm
