The Antelope Eclipse 384 provides up to 384 kHz A/D & D/A conversion with dual clocking. It is an outstanding converter, quite possibly the best out there. There is also a countless number of monitoring options which can be stored via presets. Being able to A/B monitor at any stage of the signal chain, even at different sample-rates (!) is what makes this easily the most advanced converter out there. If you're doing serious mastering or archival work, there is simply no better device. The Mac/Windows control panel software provides added remote monitoring functionality and "tweaking". Note the unit must be connected in order to run the control panel software which can be downloaded for free from the manufacturer site.
