The William King Ukulele. A rare and infinitely desirable piece as King made few Ukes and is considered, by many, to be the finest Ukulele maker of modern times. King no longer makes instruments and so all of his Ukes are prized and highly sought after by serious musicians. I purchased this instrument in 2009, after an agonizing 2 year wait for it to become available. I am the only person who has ever really played it. Ok, a couple of trusted friends have strummed a few times but this was MY baby. It is in the same remarkable condition today as it was when I purchased it. It is a concert sized piece, made of Koa wood, with a Hawaiian paddle headstock and 14 frets to the body. No dings, no nicks, no blemishes and it is in the original Fremont hard case. Satisfaction is guaranteed but if, for any reason, the buyer is not delighted, then the Ukulele may be returned to me IN THE SAME CONDITION that it is now. The purchaser must pay for post and full insurance value. I would hope this instrument would be purchased by a player , who will get the same enjoyment from it that I have.
