Here's The Run Down: As you can see this Yamaha LS-400BL is in awesome condition with NO significant flaws or play wear to note. It is pre owned and 19 years old, but wasn't played much, so the play wear is fairly low and was obviously well taken care of (please see all pics for its true cosmetic condition). The top is in beautiful shape, very flat, with a flat tight bridge and what appears to be full saddle height. The back and sides of the guitar are also in excellent condition with no significant flaws to note (see pics). The neck & head stock are in great shape with one ding on the back of the neck (pictured). The guitar will have some pick scratching on the guard, mark, scratch or light scuff here or there, but definitely noting that would be a deal breaker. The original frets show NO wear (see pics). There is nothing to classify as buckle rash. The truss rod operates as it should and it plays great up and down the finger board. The original gold hardware is still in great condition (see pics). This Yamaha Japan Acoustic is a superb playing and sounding guitar! This guitar is freshly set up and does not need a thing. Although I think its set up great, everyone has their own preferences. If your not happy with its set up, it will be your responsibility and cost to have it set up to your liking. The action is currently 3/32" at the 12th fret with full saddle and plays incredible from one end of the board to the other. The Included Hard Case is in great shape. It will have some marks or minor flaws from moving it around, but still nice. All latches and hinges operate properly. Everything operates as it should, and has never had, nor does it have any breaks or repairs unless noted above.
