I bought this from Squealing Pig Guitars a few weeks ago, but its a large guitar and I also just bought a Les Paul Custom and am finding it a much better fit for me. It is a stunning looking guitar - and one for a collector.
I ship within Europe only due to previous issues with customs in specific countries. The laptop is in the United Kingdom and no custom fees will be charged to anyone within the European Union. I only ship tracked with UPS or DHL, and this is free in the United Kingdom. If you are outside the United Kingdom, please send me a message with your country and post code for a quote. Recalling the Les Paul Goldtop as well as an ES-295, this all gold ES-335 is about as super pimp as you can get. Outrageous looks with all of the specs that make a great ES-335. The body is laminated maple with a maple sustain block. The mahogany neck features a bound Dark rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. The pickups are 57 Classic reissues. Rotomatic tuners, a Stopbar tailpiece and Tuneomatic bridge round out the hardware. The finish is gold metallic lacquer and is set off by nickel hardware and cream plastic. Not for the timid of heart!This is a Sublime 335. It plays great and has nice tone. Typical slim to medium neck carve with good low action. The pickups sound great with nice warmth and articulation. Everything works as it should. Condition wise, this thing is virtually Mint. Seen very little play-time in store. Purchased from one of the owners of PMT Birmingham. I was advised that only 50 were made. I have seen a few sell over in the States for $3500+ so grab one whilst you can. The finish shows some Very Minor “flaws” as most vintage style goldtops. I only mention them some collectors maybe disheartned, but that’s just how the Goldtop finish is. Comes in original hardshell case.This is a good looking guitar.
