Fender jazzmaster 1961 electric guitar in his original case!

Original Vintage Fender Jazzmaster 1961in his Original Case with Tremolo ArmTo be perfectly clear so you won't lose your time, I will start right away with the bad news about this guitar: 1) The body has been varnished, most likely to protect the wood and color. As you can see on the pictures, it seems that it has been repainted at some places. However, I did not found any signs of sand paper work. If you need more close up pictures, please ask me, I still have plenty, and feel free to ask me to take pictures of specific parts... 2) The original logo on the neck is totaly gone, and has been replaced with some stupid stickers that has nothing to do with the original Fender brand and font. (That's why I've been able to find this guitar by the way...) 3) Some wires inside the guitar are not original. So, this guitar has been repaired in the past, but the pick-ups are original. Also, the 1/4 inch connector doesn't seems to be original. (From my point of view....I do not want to take any chances on that) 4) The Case is a little beaten up on the external sides, the inside is near perfect... Again, if you need more pictures, feel free to ask.Now, the good News! 1) The serial number is engraved on the Chrome plate that is connecting the body to the neck, and the inscription "6-61" is written by hand on the inside of the neck,(as you can see on the pictures) which confirm that this is an all original 1961 Jazzmaster. This has been confirmed by my local store and good friend from Long and Mcquade. As for the strange brown line that you see on top of the "6-61", we deducted that this happenend when the guitar was repainted. 2) The pick-ups, pots and switches are ALL ORIGINAL. I just have a personal doubt about the 1/4 inch connector. 3) If you are a player, this is your chance to own a genuine Jazzmaster 61 for near half price. None of the cons about this guitar affect the sound whatsoever. 4) This guitar is working and playing flawlessly....PERIOD! 5) I decided to sell this guitar with HIS original case (apparently, a 600$ to 800$ value !! ?? crazy isn't it ??), even if my dear friend suggested me to sell it separately. I have my reasons...This guitar has been bought with this case, in my opinion they should stick together, and this compensate for the stupid stickers on the neck! Also, If you are a musician and money is an issue, you'll have the oppotunity to make money with the case selling it to a collector, and of course, you will be able to continue playing with this great instrument!!I think I mentionned everything I know about the state of this instrument.Please, feel free to contact me for any questions, offers (I accept offers and will sell this instrument through EBAY ONLY!)
