This is a very nice Framus Nashville Super De Luxe from 1976. Excellent all round look good, plays good and sounds awesome. Here's what Framus said at the time of release in the 70's : The Nashville instruments exclusively were made of first-class tone woods. The solid-body electric guitars featured newly developed pickups covering the best possible frequency range and a 6-way rotary switch to configure them. With this, the desired sound from “twang” to country-rock could be made available rapidly and without any complications.New for Framus at that time: one model available in three different variations. The Nashville solid-body guitar was available as “Standard”, “De Luxe” and “Super de Luxe”. The “Super de Luxe” has been equipped with golden-plated hardware and genuine nacre inlays in the ebony fingerboard, the body was made of a selected spruce top in a sandwich construction.The name Super de Luxe absolutely had its justification. In the community of collectors this guitar is highly sought after, last but not least most likely by its similarity to the Akkerman, which was developed in parallel to the Nashville project.Apart from one minor ding just below the scratch plate, there are no repairs or any damage at all. This will come to you in a hardcase.Please note: Overseas postage will be extra depending on destination.Pickup is welcome.
