1973 Gibson Black Beauty, very rare 54 re-issue. This was the first time Gibson attempted a re-issue and some say it was made from left over parts from the factory. I've been told the neck pickup (Alnico 5) is 50's but I cannot prove this. The guitars hardware and electrics are original. This has had a very good professional refret and the frets are great shape. Neck shape is closer to 60's profile than your usual 50's reissues. No volute. The old wood on this guitar gives it a beautiful tone, easily one of the best sounding guitars I've ever played. Professionally set up and ready to play. Original case included.I'm happy to accept returns if you're not completely satisfied.
