Fender Mustang Kurt Cobain
Estimated price for orientation: 1 000 $
Category: Electric Guitars
Class:
Description Brand: Fender
Selling my Fender Kurt Cobain Mustang. This is an amazing playing guitar with little fret wear. The color is gorgeous and neck plays fantastic. I'd personally give the guitar an 8 out of 10 on the condition. NOTE: Tremolo bar has been locked and flipped.
No tremolo arm or springs included. This for only the guitar. It is sold as is, and here's the backstory: I purchased the guitar as a Kurt Cobain signature series. I removed the special Kurt Cobain neck plate and added a stock fender "F" logo neck plate. The serial on the neck says V +6 This would be marking the guitar as a 1996-97, where is the Cobain model started in 2012. Due to researching, this isn't as uncommon as I thought. Fender used "new old stock" parts and the serial numbering in Japan had taken a lot of changes in the 90s. This was making the guitar parts brand new, but not an up to date serial number. I've inspected the body and found everything to be 100% correct to the KC model. Routing was done professionally and paint is true throughout the guitar. Has a TOM bridge, JB Humbucker and locked tremolo just as his models did.
