1966 Fender Jaguar Vintage - Minty!

Up for sale is this spectacular, minty 1966 Fender Jaguar. You will not find a nicer one! In fact, there are '66 reissues hanging on the wall at guitar stores that are not as nice as this one. Video demo here: https://youtu.be/pDMV1KbPGGo
This is truly an "under the bed" guitar, gently played only a few times and then tucked away for 50 years. The cosmetic condition can only be described as utterly "stunning." The three toned Sunburst finish retains all of it's original vibrancy and color, with virtually no fading to the red (which sometimes completely disappeared due to exposure to UV light). The chrome on the body, neck plate, and tuners shows virtually no tarnish, and maintains all the shine you would have seen whe the guitar was first displayed for sale in 1966. The finish on the back of the neck is virtually flawless, with only some faint finish checking on the front and back of the headstock. The only flaws on the guitar are a couple small dings not easily seen, as well as some faint marks on the back of the body where it appears to have been briefly laid on top of a "curly" guitar cable often used in the 1960s. The frets show only the faintest hints of west, as does the very clean tortoise shell pickguard. Its 100% original, save for the change to the foam on the mute. It looks like a small amount of filler was added to some of the slots in the nut to raise them to the appropriate height. This is normal procedure and part of a regular set up on a vintage guitar. The original case is as nice as the guitar. It looks practically brand-new! Truly amazing! Comes with the original bridge cover and tremolo bar.
