2009 Paul Reed Smith Custom 22 in mint (9.5/10 at least) condition.  This guitar has never been taken out of my house and has been babied its entire life, and is therefore in superb condition, and is totally stock - no modifications at all.  There are no dings anywhere on the guitar, and the finish is near perfect.  It is set up with low action and perfect intonation, strung with new Ernie Ball's 10-46 Cobalt Slinkys.  It plays like a dream.  Unlike stock 2009 Custom 22's this one has a few unique features.  First the pickups are uncovered HFS (Hot-Fat-Screams) bridge and Vintage Bass neck pickups, rather than the normal stock Dragon II pickups.  It has the 5 way blade switch rather than the rotary tone control with a volume knob on it, which was the stock 2009 design.  I had a 2007 Custom 22 with the rotary tone control and just never understood that design choice!  :-)  The blade switch is much easier to use.  The tonal variances between tone selections are very different and quite amazing actually. Also, the Fire Red color was not a standard color offering in 2009.  It has a beautiful 10 Top flame maple top which really pops in bright light.  Original hard shell case, which is nearly like new is included.  All original case candy (wrenches, papers, bird tag) are included.  It will be just like you're buying a brand new PRS with everything you get.  In 2009 this model had an MSRP of $4254 and sold for $3200.  I bought this directly from Martin Music in Memphis and it was never displayed on the floor.  This is a premium level instrument that would be greatly enjoyed by a discerning buyer.  All I've ever sold on ebay are high-end guitars and high-end golf clubs (my two hobbies!) and my feedback is 100% so you can bid with confidence.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS ITEM WILL BE SOLD AND SHIPPED ONLY TO BUYERS IN THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
