I own a production services company here in Cleveland, Ohio and I need to make some space on my the shelves. I’ve got some stuff to sell… some of it’s pretty cool Please check my feedback. It speaks for itself. All this stuff has been tested to be in good working order and will get tested again before we package it up for shipping. I’ve been on ebay for years, haven’t sold anything in a while. I’ve noticed a bunch of changes in their process. Not sure how happy I am about dealing with them just yet. First issue is their shipping rules/calculator – it’s always wrong because I’m a meticulous packager. I reserve the right to contact you with any discrepancies that come up while I’m packing the item up and setting up the shipment. I’ve already made allowances for this in the selling price of the item but just in case, please understand that: BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS. I own a business. It’s not selling stuff on ebay so I apologize but, your item most likely won’t go out same day. At the very least, I will ship twice a week. Description:Selling this for a client.He bought it off the used wall at GC a while back and doesn't know much more about it than that.After pulling it apart and looking around on the net, I'm pretty positive this is one of Fender's "American Vintage Series" Strats in Surf Green.It looks to be all original.It does NOT come with the original case but I will include the bag we have been storing it in. It's in the pictures.All the product codes and dates makes sense according to what I've read and the neck has the hand-written date of 4-11-02.The neck plate jives with the rest of it and all the individual parts look to be original (Pots, Switch, Bridge etc...).Nice cloth covered "vintage" vibe to the pickups.Vintage "Soft V" neck profile.
The pole-pieces on the pickups have an odd bevel to them and look exactly like what I've seen to be on these models originally.See the original Fender ad from 2002.
