Being very picky, there is a few very light clear coat scratches on the back and that's about it.  It has the original Gibson PAF '57 Classic pickups and they sound really nice. The medium neck profile is straight and the frets are in excellent condition.  The finish is glossy and clean and there's no funky odors.
