For sale is this 1926 vintage Vegaphone Professional tenor banjo in very good 100% all original condition. It has not been repaired, restored, nor refinished. The original pie plate resonator has the original sunburst finish, ebony fretboard is bound with ivoroid, has 19 frets with mother of pearl dot and star inlay. Serial number is 69258 . The banjo is in very good condition with some play wear but no damage. The frets are in good shape, and the neck is straight; it plays all the way up without buzzing. Tuners are original planet tuners with original ivoroid buttons. Vega armrest and original engraved Presto tailpiece. Desirable tubaphone tone ring, nice and shiny. The sound is loud and clear. The original case is 100% intact with intact green velvet lining; al latches work.
