The indie mothership has landed. If you're making a record, or plan to make a few and want the flexibility of a full sized console with seemingly unlimited resource for modifications, this should be on your list. The preamps sound incredible - Api like with something else, maybe a bit of a 1073 vibe? I dont know how to describe it other than to say that I think they sound like more money than they are. While this console isn't wired for direct outs, I can *completely* pimp out the thing with a local Yamaha tech for his cost at around $150 per channel... He can tailor the board for whatever you'd like and in the past has done varied EQ sections for drums, bass, gtr etc. So channels 1-4 could be for kick snare and toms and the rest as utility strips or whatever you want! Otherwise you can buy the board as is in great well kept condition, it was owned by a local training facility and has been really well looked after. Cosmetic blemishes are all over the wood, but its built solid from rosewood and could be made really pretty if thats your thing. All the VU's work, as do the lights, and I'll include the original manual so you can get under the hood if you want. It *will* need to be crated so if you're thinking of transporting this console, please get in touch first. I'm happy to work with your shipping provider or drop it off anywhere within 25 miles of the Nashville city center at my expense. If you'd like to check it out, holler at me and we'll work out a good time. Buy it, make a record, and flip it if you can part with it after hearing what it can do - I know whoever owns this will be really happy with it.
