Fender USA 1985 "Dan Smith" Stratocaster in White with freeflight tremolo unit, made at the Fullerton plant.Firstly - this isn't a mint condition guitar, but it IS a perfectly usable axe with loads of life left in it!The mods - it has had the selector switch replaced with three individual switches, on/off switches for each pick up. Also, the pickguard has been changed, and the rear pickup has been replaced with a Bill Lawrence unit. The nut has been replaced also (same kind as before). Missing tremolo arm.Otherwise, there are plenty of dings, scratches and chips (as per photos) and some discoloration to the paint. But apart from that... electrics all working fine, neck straight, frets got about 70% left. Plays superb!Weight: 3.74kg.Comes with generic hard-case.Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch once payment has cleared. Postage costs reflect extra weight of hard-case.THE SMALL PRINTThe small print: I am not responsible for any import duties/fees/taxes/charges levied by your country. These are YOUR responsibility should they arise.I do not make profit on the shipping, so the cost to you is near enough what it will actually cost me to ship. The guitar will be posted by EMS (where your country allows, registered airmail otherwise - the US, Canada, the EU, Aus, NZ are all good for EMS), one of the most reliable postal services in the world. It will be tracked and insured to the value of the price you pay for it (equivalent in yen, and only with EMS), and will be shipped padded up to the hilt. (I have sent dozens of guitars around the world from Japan this way, and no complaints!).
