1948 Olds Super Recording Bb trumpet This is a 1948 Olds Super Recording that was purchased by its last owner in 1957 and played for many years until it was restored in silver plating by master brass craftsman Charlie Melk. The Super Recording represents the pinnacle of Olds craftsmanship. The horn has been stored since the restoration work was completed, the plating is like new. The engraving is crystal clear which is an indication of the care taken during the restoration. This trumpet clean inside and out. All slides are smooth.
