Up for auction today is a beautiful 1991 Paul Reed Smith , PRS CE - 24 from the early days at Annapolis, MD shop. Guitar is in excellent to Very Good Condition especially for its age of twenty-six years. Low serial number # 1 7 54XX. East Indian Rosewood fretboard, hard rock maple neck, , I believe neck carve is either the standard carve or wide thin offering. All original, stock closet classic. It looks like it was played a few years then stored. Very light buckle rash on back near plate ,hardly can see. Original PRS Black Hardshell case, in very good condition - and trem bar included. Small ,tight neck heel. Note: in neck pickup cavity, the name of "Paul" is inscribed. Plays better than many Gibson, Fender, Gretsch,Ibanez, Godin,and Anderson axes of same caliper. All CASE CANDY INCLUDED. Pickups are HFS pickup in bridge and Bass Vintage pickup in neck for the rock and roll sound. Of course it sounds fantastic . Alder body provide clarity and snap , quarter-inch flame maple cap, bolt - on rock maple neck. Mann bridge, thick sustain block, Just a beautiful guitar. Retired engineer in mid Florida.
