We are honored to be able to list several pieces from his extensive collection.Ref# 00583: With an Antigua pickguard to match the stunning body, this 1974 Natural Blonde Fender Telecaster Deluxe is one hell of a guitar. The serial # is 564411. Because this was a touring and recording guitar, Jim had some internal work done (pots changed, etc.) There is typical touring wear but the guitar is in overall good condition and sounds great. This guitar may not be pretty, but is has stage "voodoo" like none other. She weighs in at 9lbs 4oz. This guitar comes with the original hardshell case. This purchase will come with a Material Issue sticker from their former label, Mercury Records. (Pictured below is an undated photo of Jim playing this Tele prior to changing the pickgaurd.)
