This is possibly the first Rosewood curved fingerboard Fender made - but still a slab board. They started to make these in Aug 1962. A wonderful playing and sounding Electric Bass which is all original. Unbroken solder joints. Every screw and part are original. Perfect playing neck, both sides. No neck dings. Worn but lovely to the touch. There is no better. The case is an original 1970's Fender case - Black. Note the two finger marks wear marks on the pick-up cover. This Bass plays itself. If it doesn't sell in three days I'm keeping it.
