If you are looking for a super light weight Les Paul, in a cool vintage Desert Burst, look no further! I have not seen any under 7 lbs for sale. This pristine example comes in at a very comfortable, feather weight (not chambered) 6 lbs 13 oz. You will notice the weight difference immediately compared to other Les Pauls. The thinner body and belly contour add to the comfort of the guitar. The guitar is in mint condition with minimal play wear. If you look very closely you may see some swirl marks and maybe the superfluous scratch, but nothing that goes through or is visible unless very closely inspected. The guitar has also been upgraded with vintage type Schaller 60's tulip tuners for excellent tuning stability and tone. I am also including the original G Force tuning system in case you wish to go back to using the e-tuning system. The guitar has the familiar Les Paul tone without the excess weight at 6 lbs 13 oz. It has the well known mahogany back and carved maple top. It also has a belly scarf for extra comfort. The neck is 1 piece mahogany with an extra thick rosewood fingerboard. It is a very comfortable in the hand and is a smooth player with low action and recent setup. As a standard feature on these guitars it also has genuine mother of pearl inlays which look stunning and enhance the value of the instrument. Finally it has the 57 classic and 57 + humbucker (with available coil split) combination for that classic vintage Les Paul tone we all love. The guitar is very resonant and has great sustain.A very cool feature of this guitar is the removable pick guard and the brass zero fret nut which was a standard 2015 feature. Comes with original hardshell case and case candy.
