Serial numbers dates as from 1993-1994 on Fender website. The guitar has been restrung and fully set up; fretboard cleaned and polished, truss rod and intonation set. This has really great playability and holds it's tuning well for a Japanese Fender. Neck wear is cosmetic and doesn't affect playability. Some other cosmetic wear ie. the odd chip, scratch or scuff as expected with a used guitar, the worst of which are shown in the pictures. A small amount of rust on the whammy bar. The tremolo cover is non original. Features non original EMG DG20 Dave Gilmour active single coil pickups (RRP £299). These feature a regular volume control, the RPC low cut/ high boost, and the SPC mid boost. These are a fantastic alternative to the usual tone controls found on stratocasters and allow for a greater range of useful tones. Shipping has been absorbed into the price, which will be UPS 48 hour and fully insured.
