Up for sale is my late 80s BC RIch custom art electric Assassin guitar. Very similar to the Gunslinger. Based on the serial number it is from 1988. This is the real deal, a very cool 80's metal shredder vibe. This artwork design has been played by Toni McAlipine. It has the original "Rio Grande" pick-ups in the neck and bridge. The tremolo is the original BC Rich Stamped Licensed under Floyd Rose. The action is extremely low. Plays like butter. I can not stress enough how well this guitar plays. Super low action. All electronics work great. This guitar is displayed in the 2016 Vintage Guitar Price Guide as a 1988 Assassin. There were many variations of Assassins with varying specs, this one has: a beautifully aged maple neck and fret board, Inverted Head Stock, Original Rio Grande pick-ups. Original BC Rich Tremolo Stamped Licensed under Floyd Rose, Head Stock is stamped "Made in USA", has Grover Tuners.The finish has several minor nicks but nothing through the finish. Essentially the typical superficial wear for a guitar that is almost 30 years old. There is some mediocre fret-ware in the typical areas but it does not impede the play-ability or sound of the guitar in any way. There is plenty of fret life left for years of playing.Will come with gig bag. I will pack extremely well and safe.
