Fender Bitsa Esquire!! With "bitsa" guitars there is always a story of how we got there! No exception here. The body is a Fender Baja in Desert Sand finish . Bridge, neckplate and white guard are Fender as is the pickup-a vintage original 1973 unit from a Fender Telecaster that was partsed out. The neck is custom Goldo rock maple with rosewood board. Hardware and tuners are Kluson (M6CLN)-the Fender bridge features Kluson Harmonic Staggered saddles -assembly was by Brian Eastwood Guitars. Wiring is traditional Esquire. If you check pic no.3 the Esquire is shown with a black guard laid over the white guard. This is an aged Allparts single layer guard and this is included in the auction --as is the Tweed case(not Fender) with red plush lining. The case is in good order and does show a little wear. The guitar is very clean,the body, although used is free from dings or scratches. The neck is new with no wear at all-no fretwear!! Soundwise this is very bright with lots of "twang"-the vintage pickup takes care of that!! Packing will be in an industry standard carton. Carraige by Parcelforce 48. Collection South Manchester is OK.Please NOTE. If you have less than 10 transaction history on Ebay please contact me before bidding.
