Vintage AMS DMX 15-80S, Stereo/Dual Delay, Stereo Pitch Shifter and Sampler! Serviced and refurbished for sale. This is a rare to find fully loaded DMX, with 3.2 seconds of delay on channel A and 3.2 seconds on channel B! (I can also configure this for you to have more delay time on channel A and less on channel B if you prefer.) It has twin/stereo delay (up to 3.276 seconds per channel), dual pitch change (with stereo de-glitch board fitted), sample lock in, phase invert, flanging, VCO vibrato, automatic double tracking, and is fully tested and set up to run the AMS Chorus Controller via the DB25 connector on the rear panel(often missing or not working!). Fully working, expertly serviced for sale by one of the leading AMS RMX/DMX specialists in the UK. No scratchy pots, leaky batteries, bad buttons or anything else. Comes fitted with a new factory correct PAPST cooling fan, new memory battery, new ribbon cables, brand new numeric pad(these always double trigger), nudge buttons and the power supply re-capped. Also comes with power lead and full owners manual. Flanging, sampling, delays, ADT, doubling, comb filtering, modulation..crazy, pitch shifted, infinite delays..this box does everything.. and in stereo..with a smoothness of sound that is simply unatainable with anything else. This unit is well looked after and benefits from all the various factory hardware and software upgrades that came along such as, sample lock, phase invert, long sample/delay times, the later switch-mode PSU, the ability to chop and manipulate the samples more, such as reverse them etc and a working aux connection to run the separate AMS chorus controller etc. So if you are looking for a DMX this is as good as they got! Physically although very good, it does have some flaking of paint on the steel case(not on the front control panel). These units have (and still are) been used on countless hit records. They really need no introduction. There is no alternative If you want this sound, plug-ins and even the new hardware effects just don't come close to the sound of these vintage AMS units.
