This is a 1991 Ibanez RG 570 in Jewel Blue. I hate to let this go but I need to finish some upgrades to my recording computer that cost more than expected. This is a great playing and sounding guitar. Made in Japan at the Fuji Gen factory in 1991. Not long after this they switched over to the AANJ neck joint so this is one of the last of the original style square heel RG's. For those that know these guitars well... There are NO cracks behind the nut yet... Most people that love these guitars know the cracks are usually don't effect anything regarding playability etc & that they all do it eventually do it but regardless, this one has NO cracks on the back of the headstock! Just a beautiful neck with the only flaw being the ding on the side shown in one of the pictures. The other areas on these guitars that always show finish cracks is at the neck joint on the body.. The bass side does have the usual finish crack here but the treble side hasn't cracked yet. This one is in very good condition. The frets are in great shape, almost like new. There are very few dings or scratches. This one only had light use over the years. Thin Wizard neck feels great & is very easy to play. The bridge is the Lo-Pro edge that stays in tune great. It doesn't have most of the chips & dings that these get so easily,.the body is in great shape... more importantly it plays and sounds fantastic. It has the matching Jewel Blue headstock. I've had this for a long time & could never find a reason to change these pickups. I suppose if it was my only guitar I might but it sounds really nice as is. Sort of a hotter Gibson sound with more options. The original strap buttons and knobs loose their black color quickly on all these guitars so I replaced the strap buttons with nice ones from a 1999 RG 548 & the knobs are just random black knobs that look better than the originals. The originals are included. It also comes with what I think is the original case. I can email more pictures if needed.
