This 2002 USA Fender Telecaster is a modern winner with serious vintage vibesThe first time I played this Telecaster I was blown away. This era of Fender USA is outstanding in terms of the quality of the guitars but not every early 2000s tele plays like this one. It's hard for me to put into words how playable this thing is. It is a ripper!!! In terms of being a functional instrument (staying in tune, intonation) this is one of the best guitars I've had in a while. This guitar was immaculately cared for and upgraded. This tele features a Seymour Duncan Lil' 59 Humbucker in the bridge and it just growls. Some serious Danny Gatton vibes on this thing if you're into blazing country. The one-piece maple neck w/skunk stripe is to die for and is more of a fat take on the modern-C shape---not too fat though, it's good for all hands. Besides the playability and tone, the guitar is a stunner visually. I am in love with this style, it's just a classy combination of colors. There is virtually no wear on the front face, with every wear-spot located on the back corners and backside of the lower-bout; see pictures.I would keep this guitar, but I have too many and have to pay rent. I'm throwing in the hard-case for safe travels and the guitar will ship de-tuned. :-)Starting bid @ $600
