Hello, here is my Agile 3000 guitar up for sale.  I bought this guitar many years ago as a backup to my Custom Shop Les Paul and was so impressed with it that i spent several hundred dollars on hardware and electronic upgrades.  When it was all done - i wound up selling the custom shop Gibson and kept this one.  Here is a list of the upgrades:  Tonepros kluson deluxe tuners, tonepros locking Tune-O-Matic avr2p Bridge and Tailpiece in Nickel, RS guitarworks electronics - pots, wiring, caps, pickup switch, knobs, etc., current pickups are out of an epiphone les paul, Bone nut and full professional set-up.  Frets were leveled and crowned/polished. For me - the most important thing about a les paul style guitar is the neck set/angle.  The best ones are angled back just right so that the bridge can be adjusted way down close to the body of the guitar which makes it resonate and sustain and such.  This guitar has a perfect neck set.  The bridge is adjusted right off the body for a comfortable string height. It vibrates all the way to the strap buttons and possesses that loud acoustic thing that all great guitars have unplugged.  I had a real expensive set of Ron Ellis pickups in it and it sounded absolutely spectacular.  When i decided to sell the guitar - i took the Ellis pickups out and installed the epiphone ones - which is an upgrade to the awful ones that came in the guitar - but i will say that  everything is already there if you would want to upgrade the pickups to any of the great pickups available to us guitar players nowdays to take it over the top.  anyways - this is a great guitar.  it's one of the guitars that you know is a good one from the first chord.  I have replaced all the awful hardware, electronics, etc that agile cheaped out on to keep costs low.  Maybe this guitar was built on a Wednesday or something, but it was impressive even with all the cheap crap hardware that came on it and it is spectacular now.  A set of your favorite humbuckers will make a noticeable difference, but it is pretty great even with the epiphone pickups in it.  All the fundamentals are there - which is the more important part.  All the upgrades in the world won't fix a dead piece of wood guitar, but a great guitar that vibrates and resonates as you play will only get better with some quality hardware and pickups so it stays in tune and breathes.  The tuning stability with this hardware is amazing.  It's great stuff. I have the guitar listed for a price which i think is fair considering all the upgrades and the hard case and such.  I will accept a reasonable offer, but i will decline all low-ball offers.  I have played many agile guitars over the years and i know how rare it is to find a really great one.  I am playing a single-coil telecaster these days and don't feel the need to own a bunch of guitars - that's the reason for the sale.  However, if it does not bring what i would consider it's worth - i'm perfectly fine keeping it.  I understand that buying guitars online without playing them is challenging to say the least - that's why i have a return policy, but i'm confident that this guitar will not be returned.  It plays great and is great.  Thanks for looking.  It ships in the TKL hard case - it will be well packed and fully insured.  thanks - harvey
