Schreier BassoonSchreiber bassoon made in Germany, seasoned maple wood body, serial 148xx, intermediate level instrument with high D key, whisper key & lock, body lock, lined tone holes. Recently been serviced with all new pads, new gasket cork in boot joint. Bores were cleaned and oiled, no rot or rust. Origianl finish and plating has some worn but consist with the age. Comes with well matched bocal #2, gig bag, hand rest, neck strap, new reed case and 2 professional reeds. This bassoon has beautiful deep and warm tone, smooth scales and good intonation.
