I have an EARLY Shires Bb trumpet Model B with tuning slide marked Z and mpc receiver is marked W which I will sell with buy now or if the offer is right and if I won't start playing because this horn plays so well. I'm still debating selling it so make your decision quickly. This is an early serial horn near #200 range made way before this company had a crisis and almost went out of business. It has a bit of wear on lacquer around and few spots of contact wear ( view pics ) Few dings were removed in the past. It's not a mint closet horn it is a great player and a players horns ! I played few gigs on it and works great in every musical situation from classical to salsa. I remember i washed it completely when I got it and then did not really play that much because I own and rotate many horns. Note: The top of the main tuning spit valve was very sharp so I put that rubber/plastic cover from other horn to protect finger from accident. All slides have rubber bumpers including tuning slide. Again amazing playing horn lacquer with nickel accents. This is the highest quality horn made in the USA which will last a lifetime.
