Fender Stratocaster Plus ULTRA 1994 Tobacco Burst One owner very clean and well cared for 1994 Fender Strat Plus Ultra in Tobacco Burst finish with rare "one piece" flame maple top and real ebony fret board with abalone dot inlays. Light play wear with finish swirls, some pick scratches, and virtually no fret wear. See all pics. Neck is straight with recent professional set-up (1/16” at 12th fret). No cracks, breaks or repairs. One slight ding on base of body not visible from front of guitar…see picture. Pick guard bridge pick-up opening slightly modified to accommodate a humbucking pick up. Description: · Maple neck with beautiful, rich Ebony fret board and abalone dot inlays. · LSR Roller Nut · Lace Sensor Pickups – Blue – Gold – Red (Two (dually) Red at bridge) with 3-way coil splitter for humbuckers. · Schaller Polished chrome locking tuners · Bi-flex truss rod · Floyd Rose Type II Bridge for quick and easy string changes and pop-in wammy bar. · Schaller strap locks · Medium jumbo frets · Alder body with flamed maple caps. Ships with Fender molded hard-shell case. Ultra was the highest end production model, just under the Custom Shop guitars. Ultras will say "Ultra" on the neck plate. Another feature on some Ultras was the Floyd Rose Type II tremolo system, introduced around 1992 to the series…string changes are rather simple as you do not have to feed the strings through the tremolo on the back of the guitar, thus no holes on the back plate. You just cut off the end of the string and feed it into the string ferrules.
