Vintage AMS DMX 15-80S, Stereo/Dual Delay, Stereo Pitch Shifter and Sampler! This is a rare to find fully loaded/maxed out DMX, with no card slots free and with a massive 9.8 seconds of delay on channel A and 6.5 seconds on channel B! It has twin/stereo delay (up to 9.8 seconds), dual pitch change (with stereo de-glitch board fitted), dual lock in, flanging, VCO vibrato, automatic double tracking, and the Chorus Controller ready DB25 remote connector. This unit is fully serviced for sale and comes fitted with a new factory correct PAPST cooling fan, new memory battery, full set of new ribbon cables, and the power supply re-capped. Comes with power lead and manual. Flanging, sampling, delays, ADT, doubling, comb filtering, modulation..crazy, pitch shifted, infinite delays..this box does everything.. and in stereo..with a smoothness of sound that is simply unatainable with anything else. This unit is well looked after and benefits from all the various factory hardware and software upgrades that came along such as, dual lock, very long sample/delay times, a switch-mode PSU, the ability to chop and manipulate the samples more, such as reverse them etc and a working aux connection to run the separate chorus controller etc. So if you are looking for a DMX this is as good as they got! Physically although generally very good, it does have signs of scratching etc from racking and normal operation over the years. These units have (and still are) been used on countless hit records. They really need no introduction. There is no alternative If you want this sound, plug-ins and even the new hardware effects just don't come close to the sound of these vintage AMS units.
