Using a 60's style design with vintage style pickups this guitar has the tone and look of a classic strat but material choices give this guitar a more modern feel that you will love.Japanese Build QualityThe almost unthought about member of the Fender factories, Fender Japan release some amazing guitars that some even say are just as good as their American counterparts. Made in small numbers purely for sale in Japan these guitars are rarely seen outside of their home country except in these small FSR runs.Modern FeelOne of the big changes you will note with this guitar is that it is a lot lighter than other strats. This is because they have used basswood for the body rather than Alder or Ash. Not only is this wood a lot lighter but it adds more in to the midrange of your tone letting you cut through the mix in larger and heavier bands.Classic ToneEven with that midrange boost from the Basswood the output and general tone are still very vintage. This Guitar has been sitting in my living room on a guitar stand since i purchased it have hardly went near it since purchase so as you would expect is in fantastic clean condition.when purchased i took the wrapper on front of the guitar off and some bits got stuck under volume control and tone control so when you turn it you here a Squeek, went into my local music store who told me that you just take off the buttons and remove the bits of wrapper that simple, however it did not bother me much i have left it... I paid £565. Am open for offers.Have the fender original box which i will post it in, will package well so the guitar reaches you in one piece.Local pick up is fine with me also, cash on collection.Item comes from a smoke free home.Thanks for your interest.Just to add i have stated postage at £22 if i am away out on postage you will be refunded some of the money just don"t know the cost as yet.UK Postage Only.
