You are bidding on one used 25-Seven Program Delay Manager (PDM) formerly used by a radio network in Washington DC and is ready for rack mounting. Other than scratches from normal wear-and-tear, and some glue residue where we scraped off barcodes, the PDM is in good condition. A new PDM still sells for @ $2500. When powered up, this unit appears to be in complete working order, but since we did not test the PDM any further, it is being sold 'as is' with no returns. Here is the 25-Seven overview of the PDM:
