What makes this guitar special: Built to model the famous 6128’s of the early 50s, these black lacquer finished DuoJets are loaded with superb playability and features, and are a favorite for any gigging guitarist, at a light weight that makes for hours of comfortable playing. This one has been nicely upgraded with the 2-way swivel arm, but the original fixed tremolo arm is included in the case. It’s been professionally setup by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play out of the case!Cosmetic condition: Great shape! There are a handful of surface and playwear scratches throughout, along with some light scuffs and dents visible under particular lighting. The original plastic is still on the pickguard!Body: Chambered mahogany body with bound maple cap in black lacquer finish. Clear Gretsch pickguard, Synchro-Sonic bridge, and Bigsby tremolo tailpiece.Weight: 7 lb, 12.3 ozNeck: Medium profile mahogany neck with red side dots and big block inlays. Double bound rosewood fingerboard is in marvelous shape, and frets show almost no wear at all, with a ton of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 24.6” scale length. Bound headstock with pearl Gretsch logo and open-gear Grover tuners in perfect working condition. Neck is straight and plays great up and down the length of the fingerboard.Electronics: Dual DynaSonic single coil pickups with 3-way pickup selector switch and Gretsch G-Arrow knobs, 2x individual volume, 1x master volume, 1x master tone.Case: Original hard shell case included, along with certificate of authenticity.
