This is a beautiful 2006 Gibson Les Paul which (according to the Guitar Dater Project) was made May 3rd, 2006 in Nashville, TN. There is something about a Gibson Les Paul... It's sort of like a Harley. Nothing else feels like throwing your leg over a Harley. In the same way, nothing else feels like strapping on a real Gibson. This guitar absolutely rocks... and it will tear up some Blues as well! The guitar is used - not new. I've tried my best to get pictures. There is a very small amount of wear from the strap rubbing on the body. There is one tiny little ding that I hope will show up in the picture. You'll have to really look to find the wear or the ding... Otherwise, the guitar is in great shape. It's been gigged a few times, but only in indoor controlled environments. Primarily, I used it in studio on an album with a local band. I bought the guitar and case in 2007 and its always lived in a smoke-free environment. You can tell by the pick guard that its been used gently. The guitar was recently set-up and gone through by a local professional luthier. I also had him add strap locks (a must on stage) and dress all the frets. Cost me about $150 - and was totally worth it. I trust my luthier enough that I let him refret my Taylor 610CE. He's awesome! A very nice leather strap (see pics) is included as the strap locks are installed on the strap. The case is like new. If there's a ding or scratch on it, I haven't noticed. The combination has never been set. It's a 5 latch case. 3 flip latches in the front, one in the back to protect the hinges, and the combination latch in the front. If you have questions, shoot me an e-mail.
