Guitar No. 2 of 4 known examples of the Lindell Wavetrap semi hollow body design electric. This was purchased directly from the maker, master guitar builder Tom Lindell in 1998. Played on occasion by guest artists at local music festivals it was mostly a displayed piece. The No.2 sounds wonderful and has its own unique tone. It's comprised primarly of matched slab hardwoods, eBay prevents me from listing some of the names due to sale regulations on species. You can easily tell the types of exotics and matched slab hardwoods used, it has 5 species. Vintage and vintage style hardware old and new, all complete and functional. Will be shipped professionally and safely. Lindell was a woodworker and guitar maker in Helena Montana, he was skilled at the perfection in his execution of his ideas on design and as a concept his guitars were next level. The first of the series was purchased by a local jeweler and the third and fourth sold into private collections in Portland. An attempted patent was started but never completed in 1999. Financial issues made it so he had to sell his tools and move on from these fascinating guitars. Stored unstrung and in a base supported case it never saw humidity or heat fluxes.
