Up for auction is this incredible 1983 Epiphone Sheraton. Produced at the famous Matsumoku facility during the height of quality Japanese craftmanship, it is modeled after the iconic Gibson ES335. In contrast to the more recent Korean and Chinese made versions, this Japan made Sheraton is of the highest quality, and includes high end Maxom PAF pickups, fret edge binding, Switchcraft pickup selector switch, braided signal wire, bound F holes, MOP inlays, and much more.The guitar is in outstanding condition for a 34 year old instrument. The only noticeable blemish is a small scratch in the lacquer on the back of the headstock which is difficult to photograph. It is very difficult to find this model in such condition today. Sounds and plays great. Absolutely no issues.This wonderful guitar is an absolute bargain at the opening bid price. Shipping is $65. If the actual shipping fee is less I will refund the difference.
