I am helping someone else with this; they do not play anymore but did play it in an Elk's Club Band when it was being played. He took it to a music store a few years ago to sell for him and he didn't ask what they were going to sell it for; they priced it at $2500.00. He went back a few months later and when he saw the price they had on it he thought it too high for the town it was in and brought it home. It was well cared for, the case is the original, it was purchased in 1984 or 85, over the years he had several trumpets and says he enjoyed playing this one the most. The valves were not removed but he checked their function and was pleased with how smooth they were after a number of years being idle. We are confident you will be well satisfied. It is a very nice YTR 636, owner says another benefit was it was a nice trumpet to play in sets as it didn't exhaust you,
