That sound is a Boryumi loud tone that is enough to overturn the impression of a common arch TOP! There is a sense of volume that does not defeat the flat top as well as a reverb-rich sound with good separation of arch TOP-like sound. Especially the way the sound of high-pitched string sounds is outstanding, plenty of reverberation and overtone feeling unique to the arch TOP sounds comfortably as comfortably! The bass to mid-range sound is also abundant, balanced sound from high to low. For Hawaiian or jazz backing as well, it does not require an amplifier, it makes a loud noise to the loud, and if you play blues like a finger, you play a muddy, reverberative sound unique to the maho body!
If we consider the condition of the instrument from the year too, we keep excellent condition! Depending on the use for many years, the part where the paint on the back of the neck has been peeled off is over lacquer, but the others are good without any major damage. In order to attach the pick guard a little more floating than the original, the screw position of the body side has been changed. Overall fine weather checks are filled, there are places touched up in some places, checking of neck cells, etc. There are also things like checking of the neck, but in total, scratches are also less, it can be said to be a good condition which is not quite good .
The neck condition is also good, the string height at present is set on the 12th fret on the 6th string side 2.2mm, on the 1st string side about 1.7mm, but since the elevation of the bridge is still movable both up and down , You can set it to your favorite string height. Grip of the neck is not too thick, it is not too fine, familiarly in the hand, playability is also outstanding! The frets are refleted, there is no indentation that is particularly concerned at present, still enough height remains, so it is safe to use it in the future.
