1994 Mexican Stratocaster Deluxe in like new condition (9 out of 10 at least) This is a Mexican Strat that comes with contour neck and tilt adjustment. The neck plate reads Corona, California. Like the more expensive Fender Deluxe guitar, I can really feel the difference playing on the high frets. It prevents the corner from digging into the palm of your hand when reaching for the higher frets. In my opinion it is surprising how much more comfortable it is. I'm the third owner so I can't say for sure if the mod was factory done in 1994 or by the first owner, but it is a nice professional job either way.
The guitar is a case queen in very good condition (9 out of 10 or better) and has been upgraded with mint green accessories and mint green pickguard and trem cavity cover. It has a comfortable wide “C” neck with virtually no fret wear and it plays very fast and smooth. The three pickups read 6.69k, 6.70K, and 6.69K and are powerful and balanced. Very nice. The pots are smooth and clean and the switch is a 5 way. The tuners are Fender tuners and very smooth and accurate. The trem functions smoothly with no quirks. The body color is Artic White, which looks great with cream and mint green accessories. It is a medium weight body, not light like a squire. Very solid and thick with hum-shielding paint in the cavities, one of my quieter strats and I have around a dozen. The case is a nice Freedom case with a few scuffs as can be expected.
