This Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar rocks the model's distinctive hallmarks, too - such as the 24" scale, dual-circuit switching and controls, floating-vibrato bridge and classically colorful Three-color Sunburst finish. This traditionally styled Squier Jaguar features a maple neck with vintage-tint gloss finish, 9.5"-radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and parchment dot inlays and a tortoiseshell pickguard. The electronics haven't been overlooked either, as it's loaded with Jaguar single-coil pickups, circuit selector and tone circuit switches, pickup on/off switches, skirted black control knobs (lead circuit) and black disc knobs (rhythm circuit). Featuring a traditional vintage-style bridge and non-locking floating vibrato with vintage-style tremolo arm, vintage-style chrome tuners and chrome hardware all give this guitar a contemporary feel in spite of its traditional design. In addition to this we've fitted the Westmount Exclusive component the "Buzz Stop" invented by our own professional technician Stewart Monks who has worked with countless artists, building guitars for artists such as Eric Clapton and been the professional tech for hundreds of West End Shows. The Buzz Stop applies slightly more pressure to the strings over the bridge reducing excess buzzing and rattling to create a richer tone and a greater playability.
