One fantastic flame maple top! Best top I have ever seen on an Epiphone Les Paul, even a Gibsoncome to that. It has all the deep 3d beauty of a classic 1959 nicknamed 'The Minnesota'. This 1993model with back plates in black, same as the 1959 models. The condition very good, for a guitar24 years old. Comes with a really lovely gator vintage 59 style case. This case is well used, likeLifton 59 tan/ pink lining.The case is well worn vintage/The guitar few small dings, I do mean small!Plays & sounds great, no real fret wear I can feel. 24 years for the guitar to open up. These earlymodels were made so well from great woods, not used today.Top : Killer flame maple veneer top. The figuring is very distinctive with copious wide flames.Body : MahoganyNeck : Mahogany Fretboard : RosewoodPups : Alnico 93Condition; Very good, tiny dings.Case : Gator case with tan/pink lining like the 58/60 Lifton.Frets : good conditionPots & pointers : Vintage nickel pots/ pointers (As Gibson)Wow factor : Killer burst.....you can't get a bad photo!Factory : Samick KoreaYear : August 1993Production No : 406.
