Thanks for checking out this rare vintage Custom Kraft! Custom Kraft was a brief collaboration of Kay and Valco in the 60's. Kay manufactured the hollow bodies and Valco (maker of the famous Supro) made the necks and designed the electronics. These electronics have recently seen a resurgence for their distinct, yet versatile tone by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and Jack White. The 12 string model is the most rare and this one is ready to play! The neck is comfortable and the action is good. There is nothing like a vintage 12 string that is actually enjoyable to play! There is no noticeable fretwear and the neck is straight. All the electronics are original and work as they should. The original chipboard case is in good shape as well. The serial number of 67-658 makes it the 658th instrument made in 1967. There are a few minor nicks, but the green burst finish is stunning and in great shape for its age of 50 years. The chrome bridge cover is missing and the bridge is not original. The binding and fingerboard inlays are in tact and have no issues. The Super Zapps rarely come up for sale, and the 12 strings are even more scarce. I have priced this vintage instrument for a quick sale. I will be happy to FaceTime with any prospective buyers I give a better look and listen, so feel free shoot me a message. Thank you for taking a look!
