The guitar has some minor scratches not through the finish, Minimal fret wear but not excessive or indented. Action is nice and the neck is straight. The electronics work well and quiet with minor scratchiness but getting better as I use them. The guitar is as pictured!.  Look at the pics! Some countries will require it being shipped neck off with no case! If your in the USA a a 50th Anniversary case is included.
