This is an early Fender '62 Stratocaster Roadworn Series guitar from the time when Fender were making them really look the part. These days I think they look very plain with very little work in the relic'ing. It's a great guitar...balances well and sounds and feels like a real old 'un.I've priced it down because it possibly needs a fret dress. There would appear to be a high fret round about the 11th or 12th which is causing a bit of buzz and choking out on bends when playing around up the dusty end. Due to having no car and having no time, I can't get to a luthier to sort it out. I'm sure it's not a big deal though.The case is a brand new Vintage " worn leather look " item from Gator and cost around £80.00....it compliments the guitar beautifully !UK SALE ONLY.
