We are honored to be able to list several pieces from his extensive collection.Ref# 00586: This is one of Jim's more rare pieces-a 1968 black Teisco May Queen electric hollow body guitar. This guitar was a "road dog" and has typical tour wear. It still sounds great and these Teisco's are becoming harder to find. Along with the "Spectrum" series, this is probably Teisco's highest-quality axe. With a bolt-on neck and two beefy single-coil pickups (think Ricky "toaster tops"), this guitar still has incredible playability and the sound is rich. The wing on the head stock has been re-glued and shot. The guitar weighs approx. 6lbs 12oz and comes with its original coffin case (as pictured). In our over 30 years of business, Customer Service has always been of the utmost importance to us. Every call, email and inquiry will be answered. We are happy to offer full descriptions of condition and sound of all of our instruments to the best of our expertise.
